Ashton Hackman
Ashton Hackman is a senior from Fort Wayne, Indiana, studying broadcast journalism and spanish.
He is the current news director for IU Student Television, overseeing a team of over two dozen reporters, anchors, and producers. During his junior year, he was the organization's assistant executive director.
He is an award-winning reporter and anchor, receiving multiple awards from the Indiana Student Broadcasters Association, Pinnacle, and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and going on walks with his dog, Yogi.
