FBI wants help identifying John Doe

The FBI is asking for help identifying a "John Doe" pictured in a video that may be able identify a victim of child sexual exploitation.

John Doe 48 is described as a white male between 45 and 65 years old, with dark hair, a gray beard, and a tattoo on each of his forearms. 

According to the FBI, the video is believed to have been produced in October of 2023 in the back of a 2018-2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van.

The John Doe is seen wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark-colored hat, and is heard speaking English in the video, according to the FBI. 

The investigation is part of the Endangered Child Alert Program or ECAP
