IUPD investigating several burglaries at Greek houses

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The IU Police Department is investigating several reported thefts at Greek houses during the month of May, according to an IU Crime Notice.

Storage sheds at each house were reportedly broken into and items were taken.

On May 13, someone at Theta Chi on David Baker Avenue reported a bike was stolen from the storage shed.

On May 9, Pi Kappa Phi on David Baker Avenue reported tools were stolen from the shed at the house.  

On May 25, someone at Sigma Alpha Epsilon on Eagleson Avenue reported sports equipment was stolen from their shed.

The crime notice said that information on a possible suspect are not known but police continue to investigate.

Anyone with information on the burglaries is asked to call the IU Police Department Bloomington at 812-855-4111.
