Man arrested for allegedly peeking in windows, masturbating on porch

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A Bloomington man is facing voyeurism and other misdemeanor charges after police say he was caught masturbating on someone's front porch Saturday morning.

Police arrested Marcus Ford, 43, on charges of criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement, both class A misdemeanors, and voyeurism, a class B misdemeanor.

According to court documents, Bloomington Police responded to a home on Washington Street, after a woman called saying Ford was on the porch across the street "looking into windows," and "place his hands down his pants." Police were able to obtain video the woman took of the entire incident.

When police arrived, Ford allegedly took off, before being caught a few blocks away.

Court documents say Ford is experiencing homelessness and does not live in the area. He was released from jail two days later and is back in court on April 4.
