IU Police investigating reported sexual battery at Teter Quad

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Indiana University Police Department is investigating multiple reports of repeated unwanted physical touching from a student at Teter Quad, according to IU Police and Public Safety Public Information Officer Hannah Skibba.

Skibba said officers met with a staff member at the dorm hall on Feb. 6 after the staff member reported several students approached them and said they were made uncomfortable by another student because of unwanted comments and physical touching on multiple occasions.

IUPD did not disclose if anyone of interest is known to police but did say they are working closely with university officials to investigate the reports.
