BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A motorcyclist was killed Sunday in a crash on Old State Road 37, according to a release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened just before 6 p.m. at the intersection with Dillman Road, about five miles south of Bloomington.
Witnesses told deputies the motorcycle was going fast on Dillman Road and ran the stop sign at the intersection, hitting another car that was going north on Old State Road 37.
Deputies started CPR and used an AED on the motorcyclist but were unsuccessful and the rider later died.

The crash is still under investigation.
