BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (IUSTV News) - The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a Bloomington man was killed Tuesday after the car he was driving went off the road and crashed into a tree.
Virgil Hupp died from his injuries at the scene. Police say Hupp was going north on Brummetts Creek Rd, which is northeast of Bloomington, when his car left the road for an unknown reason.
Hupp was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, but suffered fatal injuries.
