BLOOMINGTON — An IU Crime Notice for a reported rape was sent to the campus community Tuesday evening.
According to the crime notice, IUPD took a rape report from a victim Sept. 10. The rape with injury is alleged to have happened between 11:00 p.m. Sept. 6 and 3 a.m. Sept. 7 in the suspect’s dorm room at Wilkie residence hall.
The suspect is known to police and is described as a white male, with dark, shaggy hair, no facial hair, and roughly 5’7″ with a medium build, the crime notice said. He no longer lives on campus.
The investigation is ongoing.
